We're searching for a Senior Marketing Manager ready to drive demand and operational excellence at Intentsify. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be the force behind our integrated marketing efforts, owning the planning and execution of our core pillar campaigns. This role demands a sophisticated blend of always-on campaign development, timely 1:1 ABM campaigns, analytical rigor to prove ROI, and a functional knowledge of marketing operations. As a team that “drinks our own champagne," and deeply incorporates our own products in our process, you must be familiar with intent-driven demand generation strategies to ensure our efforts directly translate into measurable revenue growth. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution
Pillar Campaign Ownership & Planning: Own the planning, development, and end-to-end execution of Intentsify's core pillar campaigns. This includes defining campaign themes, narratives, target audiences, and ensuring all content, digital channels, and tactics align perfectly with the overarching campaign strategy.
Account-Based Marketing: Drive sophisticated ABM strategy and execution. You must have a strong knowledge of how to develop and execute targeted 1:1 and 1:few campaigns against key target account lists to support expansion and cross-sell goals.
Alignment & Quality Control: Serve as a central point of contact to ensure all marketing activities (content, email, digital, events) are checked against and support the current pillar campaign goals and messaging.
Event Marketing Support: Play a key role in the planning and execution of our annual conference sponsorships and other event marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless pre-, during-, and post-event campaign integration.
Digital & Operational Alignment
Digital Partnership: Work closely with digital marketing to ensure campaign frameworks, audience targeting, and asset requirements are fully aligned and optimized for paid and organic channels.
Marketing Ops (Lite): Have a solid understanding of Hubspot for program operations, campaign deployment, and lead flow management. Collaborate with RevOps as needed.
Performance Reporting: Partner with RevOps to report on campaign performance, marketing attribution, funnel conversion, and overall ROI.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the technology sector.
Proven experience planning and executing complex, integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Sophisticated knowledge of ABM and experience executing targeted campaigns for cross-sell and expansion.
Strong understanding of both organic and paid channels and how to align campaign strategy with channel best practices.
Technical proficiencies with Hubspot, Salesforce, Wordpress, webinar platforms, direct mail platforms, and other MarTech platforms.
Exceptional project management, organization, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to use data to measure campaign impact and inform future strategy.
