The AVP and COO, University Hospital is responsible for the operations of the University Hospital and Zale Lipshy Pavilion, ensuring efficient services that are designed to provide the highest standards of quality care and service to patients and their families, in addition to meeting the needs of physicians and other providers, public, and staff. Reporting to the University Hospital Chief Executive Officer, the University Hospital COO will work collaboratively with the Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Ambulatory COO, and Medical Group COO to integrate the strategic plan of the organization with the operations and provide management oversight for the development of high-quality, cost-effective, and integrated clinical programs within the hospital.
