Cetera is seeking a strategic and organized Program/Product Manager to lead and coordinate participant-focused initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will serve as the central point for managing programs that enhance participant engagement, streamline workflows, and support cross-functional collaboration. You’ll oversee the execution of segmentation strategies, manage timelines and deliverables for outreach campaigns, and ensure alignment across internal teams and external partners.
A key component of this role includes ownership of the participant engagement dashboard—ensuring it remains accurate, actionable, and aligned with program goals. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to maintain visibility into key metrics and support data-informed decision-making.
What you will do:
- Lead the planning and execution of participant engagement programs across departments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of program milestones
- Manage segmentation strategies and outreach initiatives to support engagement goals
- Oversee and maintain the participant engagement dashboard, ensuring data accuracy and usability
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and reporting on program performance
- Support the implementation and adoption of participant engagement tools and platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to enhance participant experience
- Monitor program outcomes and recommend improvements based on insights
- Assist with issue resolution and support special projects as needed
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Program Management, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in the financial services industry
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Comfort with technical concepts and tools used in program execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially project tracking and dashboard tools
- Adaptability to evolving business needs and priorities
What is nice to have:
- Experience in participant engagement services, of some kid.
- FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) licenses
- Prior experience in program management, vendor coordination, or platform implementation
