Position Summary:  

The Warehouse Plant Administrator is responsible for ensuring administrative functions are performed accurately and timely, to support shipping and receiving of products. This role is an important liaison between the plant, warehouse, carriers, and clients to ensure company success.

 Job Responsibilities: 

 ·         Prepare outgoing shipments and receive incoming shipments systemically

·         Schedule appointments with carriers

·         Perform driver check in/out functions

·         Ship via Uber Freight and other online software

·         Perform data entry in inventory system (D365) and Microsoft Office spreadsheets

·         Receive, document, and distribute packages within the company

·         Track and update status of outgoing shipments

·         Perform customer service duties as necessary, maintaining good relationships with transportation companies and clients who are receiving goods.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

·         Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks, under fast-paced conditions

·         Experience using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) D365, Uber Freight experience a plus.

·         Independent worker, self-starter with a professional manner and can-do attitude
