Job Summary IMC Outdoor Living, a Liberty Tire company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead our commercial sales strategy and team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing go-to-market strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will bring deep sales experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering value to customers and the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial selling strategies
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed performance goals
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators, including sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Resolve escalated customer issues related to product or service concerns
  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing team members
  • Research new markets and create go-to-market strategies for new product launches
  • Plan and present mutually beneficial programs to prospective key customers
  • Provide topline monthly and annual business forecasts; assist in tracking program profitability
  • Evaluate market conditions and update sales forecasts throughout the year
  • Conduct regular customer visits to maintain and grow key account relationships
  • Collaborate with accounting, logistics, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and content
  • Partner with business analysts to develop account reporting and communicate performance metrics
  • Ensure CRM utilization across the sales team; coordinate with external support for system maintenance and enhancements

Required Skills/Abilities

  • 7–10 years of sales experience, including 3+ years in a sales management role
  • Ability to collaborate across functions such as marketing, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced analytical and strategic management skills
  • Commitment to contributing to a strong team environment
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and travel up to 40%

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Proven success in commercial sales and team leadership
