Job Description
Title: Operations Analyst
Overview
The Operations Analyst gathers, evaluates and improves internal processes to enhance efficiency and profitability of our business operations and project management. This role involves analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks, developing solutions, and implementing them to streamline project management and other workflows. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills are essential, along with familiarity with architecture or design firm workflows.
This role reports to the Director of Operations, works closely with office Managing Directors, studio leaders, project managers and project accountants.
Qualifications
- Business, architecture or project management degree
- 5+ years’ experience in business operations, project accounting or project management
- Expert knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office Suite software
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Suite software
- Working knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint ERP system preferred

Responsibilities
- Collect, organize and analyze internal project data, including, project information, performance metrics and financial information.
- Work with studio and project leaders to implement new project management processes and strategies focusing on project planning and profitability
- Create reports and dashboards that visualize data and clearly communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
- Develop and deliver internal technical training on project management software and business practices.
- Collaborate with IT and design technology teams to develop reports and dashboards and streamline workflows with existing tools like BIM software, Bluebeam, Deltek Vantagepoint.
