POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Administrative Assistant at McIntosh an LJA Company, you will be responsible for support for day-to-day activities of the various workgroups

A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE:

    • Provide administrative support (e.g., filing, copying, scheduling meetings, replying to emails, maintaining both
      paper and electronic filing systems, etc.)
     • Proficient in drafting, proofreading, and editing client correspondence, internal and external memos, reports,
       tables, and other business documents
     • Responsible for handling confidential and time sensitive material
     • Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner while meeting quality standards
     • Work collaboratively with all team members to deliver high quality work product
     • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

REQUIRED EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Associates Degree preferred or experience in industry

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong technology skills with extensive experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
