The Mission

Our client is on a mission to make enterprise-grade AI accessible to every small business owner, enabling them to capture every customer, reduce manual work, and unlock significant new revenue without complexity or friction. Their goal is straightforward: give every business the power to operate like a large enterprise, even if they're a solo operator or small team.

The Opportunity

As an Account Manager (Customer Expansion), you will work directly with business owners to help them use more of the solutions they've already purchased. You’ll identify new ways they can expand, present straightforward growth plans, and support them from analysis to implementation. The impact of your work will be clear, and you will report directly to the Expansion Team Lead.

What You'll Do

  • Systematically research customer accounts to uncover and execute expansion opportunities

  • Analyze customer usage patterns and performance indicators using ASR reports and internal analytics tools

  • Develop tailored expansion strategies for each client, aligning with their specific business needs

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers to become a trusted advisor for AI deployment expansion

  • Drive upsell initiatives, propose new platform features, and help clients scale AI usage

  • Achieve and exceed monthly expansion revenue quotas starting at $2.5K, with significant growth potential

  • Conduct regular business reviews, present ROI-driven value propositions, and highlight untapped opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless expansion and customer health

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and help refine expansion processes and best practices

  • Coordinate transitions with Partner Success Managers and support new AI feature implementations

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in account management, customer success, or sales with a proven post-sale track record

  • Demonstrated success in upselling and expanding revenue within existing customer accounts

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data, usage metrics, and identify performance opportunities

  • Strong process orientation and adaptability to customer-specific scenarios

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in building relationships with executive stakeholders

  • Proficiency with CRM and customer success/sales tools

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt swiftly to a dynamic, fast-changing environment with changing product capabilities

  • Bonus: Background in SaaS, AI, or technology platforms
