Description
Job Summary
Daily processing of cash receipts and postings to customer accounts, including payments made by credit card, other adjustments to customer accounts for credits/debits and account write-offs.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities
- Access and process daily reporting received from lockbox, ACHs, wire transfers, and credit cards
- Identify daily unapplied amounts, post to customer accounts
- Support Credit management and the Cash Applications Supervisor with respect to any relevant issues relating to cash receipts and applications
- Maintain accurate and timely records of processed payments
- Assist Cash Applications Supervisor in monthly close process of accounts receivable module
