Join Our Team as a Heavy-Duty Cleaner!

Are you someone who takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and organized work environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Heavy-Duty Cleaner to play an important role behind the scenes and help keep our kitchen operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep the dish room and back-of-house areas sparkling clean and organized.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils.

• Ensure all cooking equipment, walls, and floors meet cleanliness standards.

• Manage trash and garbage disposal safely and efficiently.

• Make sure our restaurants are always stocked with the essentials: dishes, glasses, and silverware.

• Dust, sweep, mop, and support various kitchen cleaning needs.

• Follow company and departmental procedures to maintain a safe, healthy work environment.

• Step in to help with other duties as needed; teamwork is key!

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma and/or GED preferred 
• Previous experience working in a kitchen or as a dishwasher is preferred.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. 
• Some computer knowledge is a plus. 
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime. 
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
