TITLE:                          Dealer Services Specialist      

TITLE:                       Dealer Services Representative - Arivo 

REPORTS TO:          Manager of Dealer Services 

POSITION SUMMARY:  The Dealer Services Representative provides support to Area Sales Managers.  In charge of carrying out day-to-day organizational tasks and efficient communication within departments.  Manage office calendars, update databases, complete recordkeeping tasks and increase revenue.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Complete setup for new dealerships – franchises and independent dealerships including execution of dealership agreements

  • Set up and administer google meet meetings for dealer onboarding & training

  • Coordinate with ASM to implement an action plan in assigned territory to target specific growth opportunities

  • Call on assigned dealers to increase applications and grow relationships

  • Track missing documents and communicate missing documents to Dealer Support Representatives and Area Sales Managers.

  • Troubleshoot DealerTrack/Route One issues 

  • Process dealership activations, deactivations, suspensions

  • Communicate to dealership concerning system-wide issues – i.e. holiday hours, system issues, etc.

  • Assist Dealer Support Representatives and Area Sales Managers  with dealer agreement requests and other items as needed

  • Review with ASM at least annually each dealership to ensure it meets Arivo quality standards both from qualification and collateral performance standpoints and make recommendations for either improvement or deletion from Arivo dealership pool

  • Foster a mindset of personal growth and learning while accepting feedback with a positive growth mindset

  • Other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-3 years experience in an office environment 

  • 2-3 years of experience sales experience helpful

  • Excellent verbal and written communication ability

  • Professional demeanor & appearance

  • Experience in the automotive and/or auto finance industry helpful

  • Ability to problem solve professionally and ethically

  • Experience with internet, Google and Microsoft Office Products

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work in a team environment
