Ansell is looking for a Data Analytics Lead, Revenue Management to join our team in Metro Park, NJ; Krakow, Poland and Brussels, Belgium!

 

In this position you will play a vital role in shaping and elevating our data infrastructure and analytics capabilities within the Revenue Management team. You’ll design, implement, and manage data-driven solutions that inform commercial strategy, financial planning, and forecasting. We’re looking for a data leader with deep expertise in big data technologies, strong business acumen, and a passion for turning complex information into actionable insights that drive growth.

 

 

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 U.S. Dollars per year

 Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.

What your role will be?

  • Drive the planning, development, and optimization of revenue management data platforms that enable key commercial and financial use cases—such as price and volume optimization, sales and distributor incentive alignment, and translating portfolio strategies into value-driven pricing and terms.

  • Partner with IT and Finance teams to guide data engineers and analysts on revenue management initiatives, ensuring data needs are understood and effective solutions are delivered.

  • Design and oversee secure, high-performance data pipelines to ingest, store, and process financial and commercial data from multiple internal and external sources (e.g., ERP, market data, transaction systems).

  • Evaluate and deploy big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) while establishing and maintaining standards for data governance, compliance, and security (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in analytics and big data.

  • Collaborate with Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, Sales Operations, FP&A, and other teams to translate complex data into insights that drive business decisions.

  • Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and corporate governance standards, including SOX, Basel III, and GDPR. Oversee data quality, integrity, and security across all systems.

  • Oversee integration of analytics and reporting platforms with enterprise systems (e.g., D365, PROS), ensuring optimal performance, storage, and processing efficiency.

  • Partner with Data Science teams to enable predictive models focused on sales, gross profit, and selling costs.

 

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in data management roles, with at least 3 years leading big data initiatives in a corporate finance or financial services context.

  • Proven expertise with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Hive, and distributed file systems.

  • Deep understanding of financial systems and data types, including GL data, transactional data, risk metrics, and regulatory data.

  • Proficient in data integration tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica) and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, R, Databricks, Scala).

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data warehousing solutions like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.

  • Familiarity with finance-specific frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP, SOX).

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  • Experience supporting financial planning and analysis (FP&A), Revenue Management, treasury operations, or investment modeling through data.

  • Understanding of financial risk modeling, Monte Carlo simulations, and time-series analysis.

  • Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for finance dashboards and executive reporting.

  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques applied to finance use cases (e.g., anomaly detection, credit scoring).
