Position Responsibilities:

• Provide business valuation and related modeling/analysis to support mergers/acquisitions and special projects for clients in a variety of industries.
• Prepare both buy-side and sell-side due diligence analyses that include making both pro-forma and due diligence adjustments in determining the subject companies’ EBITDA.
• Analyze detailed financial and operational information including tax returns, income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, production reports, KPIs, etc. 
• Synthesize and convert the financial and operational data into meaningful information that is used to drive discussions with target management and present observations and conclusions
• Create exhibits, detailed reports, and PowerPoint presentations for client management
• Manage deadlines, assigned client deliverables, and other supporting analysis as part of a team environment
• Participate in meetings and conference calls with target company management and with client personnel and serve as a secondary point of contact for client personnel with respect to day-to-day execution matters
• Perform and complete work which includes the preparation of work papers, draft and final reports, and corresponding presentations/analyses
• Assist in strategy and planning sessions 
• Communicate with clients on the overall process of the engagement and corresponding the results of the analyses performed

 Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 2-4 years previous experience in accounting, finance, tax, audit, valuation, M&A, etc. 
• Prior exposure to Transaction Advisory/Valuation/M&A and/or healthcare a plus, but not required.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred; CVA, ASA, CFA credential holders a plus, but not required
• Ability to read and interpret business documents, financial statements, tax returns, etc.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including experience in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• Motivated to perform creative research and quickly familiarize yourself with trends and characteristics related to new client ventures in a variety of industries
• Ability to work independently on assignments in a fast-paced, tight deadline scenario while taking ownership of each project from start to finish
