We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Guide (Sales Consultant) to join our team at Dental Implants GPS. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships (B2C), driving sales growth, and providing a consultative approach to understand customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with their goals. Job Details
- Compensation: Hourly Base: $65,000 - $80,000 plus commission (OTE: $160,000-$180,000)
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-5:00pm
- Location: Reseda, Ca

Responsibilities:
- Conducting consultations with patients to understand their oral health needs, goals, and expectations.
- Providing detailed information about the benefits, process, and expected outcomes of full arch implant procedures.
- Assisting patients in making informed decisions by presenting treatment options and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Developing customized treatment plans and cost estimates for patients, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Collaborating with the dental team to coordinate treatment schedules and ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Following up with patients to answer additional inquiries, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, focusing on patient satisfaction and retention.
- Attending relevant dental conferences and events to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Keeping accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a sales consultant or a similar role, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office.
