Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Guide (Sales Consultant) to join our team at Dental Implants GPS. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships (B2C), driving sales growth, and providing a consultative approach to understand customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with their goals. Job Details

  • Compensation: Hourly Base: $65,000 - $80,000 plus commission (OTE: $160,000-$180,000)
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-5:00pm
  • Location: Reseda, Ca

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting consultations with patients to understand their oral health needs, goals, and expectations.
  • Providing detailed information about the benefits, process, and expected outcomes of full arch implant procedures.
  • Assisting patients in making informed decisions by presenting treatment options and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Developing customized treatment plans and cost estimates for patients, ensuring clarity and transparency.
  • Collaborating with the dental team to coordinate treatment schedules and ensure seamless patient experiences.
  • Following up with patients to answer additional inquiries, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, focusing on patient satisfaction and retention.
  • Attending relevant dental conferences and events to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
  • Keeping accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a sales consultant or a similar role, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office.
