Compensation: The total on-target earnings (OTE) for this position range from $100,000 to $125,000 OTE, which includes a base salary of $75,000 to $90,000 plus an on-target commission of $25,000 to $35,000.
What you will accomplish:
- Proactively engage with and educate the family law ecosystem through hosted workshops, webinars, curated conversations, industry conferences, and trainings, building greater visibility of the OFW brand within the community
- Generate new sales leads through a mixture of outbound calling and emailing, following up on marketing campaigns
- Conduct web-based and in-person product demonstrations
- Close new referrers by getting them to refer OurFamilyWizard to relevant cases
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics and quotas
- Manage prospect status and data in HubSpot to ensure that each touch point and communication is logged, recorded, and updated
- Maintain and nurture new referrers to turn them into advocates and repeat referrers of OurFamilyWizard
- Record and translate learnings and feedback you receive into actionable recommendations for our customer experience, IT, and product teams
- Account management is a critical part of the role, ensuring ongoing referrals including account growth, regular check-ins and acting as a trusted advisor.

What you bring:
- 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience managing the entire process from prospecting through close and ongoing relationship management.
- Willingness to travel (~50% of your time) to connect with professionals, attend conferences, and deepen community relationships.
- Proven success building and nurturing long-term relationships with partners or clients to drive sustained growth.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and data-driven sales strategies to manage pipelines, track performance, and identify opportunities.
- Strong presentation and consultative communication skills, with the ability to build trust, resonate with legal professionals, and clearly demonstrate how OurFamilyWizard can serve as a valuable solution for their clients.
- Curiosity and agility—you’re quick to learn new tools, adapt messaging to your audience, and pivot strategies based on feedback and results.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple relationships, travel commitments, and outreach initiatives simultaneously.
- Advanced credentials (JD, LCSW, MSW, or mediation certification) that build credibility with family law professionals.
- Experience developing partnerships, referral programs, or territory expansion strategies.
- Prior experience in family law, legal tech, or SaaS sales environments.
