POSITION SUMMARY
The Divisional Vice President - 401(k) and PEP Sales is a dynamic and results oriented leader responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting Slavic401k’s retirement plan offerings, including single employer 401(k) plans and Pooled Employer Plans (PEPs). The DVP focuses on building strong relationships with financial advisors and industry partners, generating leads, and delivering impactful sales presentations. This role requires a strong understanding of the retirement plan and PEO marketplace, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets. The DVP develops and executes strategic business plans, maintains accurate sales records in Salesforce, and leverages deep market knowledge to position Slavic401k competitively in the PEO space.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Make sales calls to financial advisors, consultants, and other intermediaries in the retirement plan market both virtually and in-person to achieve sales targets.
• Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the features and benefits of Slavic401k single employer plans and PEPs.
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with advisors and other industry partners
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce
• Strong knowledge of key competitors with the ability to highlight our competitive advantage in the PEO marketplace.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of existing/targeted firms/institutions, how they operate, and our value proposition(s).
• Develop, direct, implement, and maintain a business plan to achieve sales and growth goals for your assigned area of responsibility.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Extensive knowledge of 401k plan design, sale strategies and methods.
• Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, diligence, and adaptability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Results driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Experience
• 7+ years’ experience in retirement plan recordkeeping sales required with a strong focus on 401(k) and PEPs plans.
• Proven experience in retirement plan sales working with financial advisors.
• 4+ years of Salesforce or similar CRM experience required
• Sales Management experience a plus
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field or additional equivalent work experience
Certificates & Licenses
• Series 65 preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Overnight travel for onsite meetings, as needed.

What’s in it for you Package
This role will have a base pay range of $110,000 - $125,000. Please know, this is the base range only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for this role. This position is also eligible for monthly bonus compensation opportunities and annual tiered bonus, both based on achievement of sales goals.
