Cetera Financial Group is currently seeking an Operations Team Lead in our Advisory Operations team for our company’s office located Des Moines, Iowa. This is a unique opportunity to join our team to provide support for Cetera Financial Group under Specialty Operations.
What you will do:
Knowledge and experience around Advisory Operations and/or Fee For Service plans while providing quality customer service to internal and external customers
Responsible for mid to high level escalations partnering with department leadership to resolve issues with clients / Advisors.
Provide operational procedures to the advisors to ensure accuracy of the sales process.
Responsibility of meeting team SLA’s around production queues, report generations and audits.
Lead and support new product or program roll-outs. Collaborate with team and internal partners all the while communicating concerns, risk and recommendations to Leadership.
Become a subject matter expert on the Cetera Advisory platforms, including proposal tools, trading tools and performance tools.
Understanding the relationship between different clearing firms and ability to assist in different clearing firms.
Processing requests for trading of accounts, manager updates, and account closures
Shared responsibility in reporting and tracking Department Metrics, Reports and tasks.
Partner with Leadership around workflow and production management.
Become competent in Docupace, NetX360, Adviceworks, MAA, Salesforce and Smartworks
Other duties as assigned.
What you need to have:
High School Diploma or GED
3+ year in an office environment
2+ year of MS Excel
2+ year troubleshooting problems and providing issue resolutionFINRA 99 within a year

1+ year of brokerage or advisory experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with Salesforce or other related CRM
FINRA Series 7

Compensation:
The base hourly range for this role is $28.85 - $38.45, in addition to a competitive performance-based bonus. The exact rate within this range is determined by several factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Please note that the salary range may vary significantly depending on geographic region and local cost of labor considerations.
