Role Summary:

As the Commercial Account Manager, you will identify and secure commercial vehicle opportunities, manage relationships, and drive revenue for fleet and business clients. The role offers a commission-based pay plan with significant upside for top performers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prospect, develop and close truck, SUV and fleet vehicle sales with commercial clients, municipalities, and service organizations.

· Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers (fleet managers, procurement officers, business owners).

· Create tailored proposals, vehicle specs and business case presentations that align with client goals.

· Collaborate internally with Sales, F&I, Service, and Parts teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery, up-fitting, financing and service agreements.

· Manage a pipeline of opportunities and achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

· Represent the dealership at industry networking events and maintain visible presence in the commercial space.

· Maintain customer data in CRM, track metrics, and provide weekly reports to leadership.

Requirements

· 3+ years of commercial vehicle or fleet sales experience (truck/SUV/fleet segment preferred).

· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quota.

· Strong business acumen: able to sell value, manage cost of ownership conversations, and tailor vehicle solutions.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills; skilled at building long-term relationships.

· Comfortable working independently, self-motivated, organized, and results driven.

· Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.

· All potential employees must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
