Anticipated Notice of Vacancy

1. High school graduate; College credits desirable.
2. Minimum 3-5 years experience in general or school office work, as determined by the Board.
3. Excellent secretarial/organizational skills and attention to detail when completing assignments.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
5. Exemplary interpersonal and written communication skills.
6. Knowledge of Frontline Suite (Absence Management, Recruiting and Hiring), Systems 3000, OnCourse (Student Information System, Evaluation Management), and NJSLEDS preferred.
7. Proficiency in social media communication and platforms.
8. Provide superior customer service with a sense of professionalism.
9. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship/legal resident alien status and NJ residency.
10. Such other qualifications and/or additional experience as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
