As a Data Engineer, you will design and optimize robust data systems and pipelines to support analytics, business intelligence, and machine learning initiatives. You will transform raw data into reliable, actionable assets while collaborating with IT and business teams to build a modern data architecture that drives data-informed decision-making.

What is the ideal profile for this position?
- Over 5 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role, with proven expertise in designing ETL/ELT pipelines;
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Scala, or Java);
- Experience with modern data warehouse and cloud platforms (Azure, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift);
- Deep understanding of data modeling (star, snowflake, dimensional) and data governance practices;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail;
- Excellent communication (French and English) and collaboration abilities within multidisciplinary teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingesting and transforming data from multiple sources;
- Optimize and model data structures to support business intelligence, analytics, and machine learning initiatives;
- Develop and integrate secure data APIs and services to facilitate cross-platform data exchange;
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance throughout the entire data lifecycle;
- Monitor, diagnose, and enhance the performance of data flows and data warehouses;
- Collaborate closely with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs;
- Document architecture, lineage, and transformations to ensure system transparency and maintainability;
- Contribute to the evolution of the company’s cloud architecture and modern data tools to support organizational growth.
