We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Controlling Specialist to join our US team. This role is pivotal in driving financial transparency, strategic insights, and operational excellence across our regional operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial reporting and analysis, with a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the consolidation and reporting of North American Non-Serial expenditures, including Tooling, Prototypes, and Capital Expenditures (CAPEX).
• Oversee the Profit and Loss (PnL) consolidation process across Actuals, Forecasts, and Budget cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate financial goals.
• Adjust financial plans based on target settings and performance insights.
• Analyze and benchmark financial performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare strategic recommendations to enhance target achievement and overall financial outcomes.
• Review and validate monthly financial reports for completeness, consistency, and plausibility.
• Provide commentary and insights on monthly reporting to support decision-making.
• Prepare presentations for Cluster Reviews and monthly management meetings.
• Support plants with financial and operational issues as needed.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of accounting, finance, and controlling systems.
• Support continuous improvement of the control system and reporting tools.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience; automotive manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • SAP ERP experience preferred.
• Other: Willingness to travel up to 10%.
