Your Impact
Define & Lead: Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Club Vacatia.
Design & Deliver: Translate business and customer needs into intuitive, high-impact products that drive engagement, conversion, and loyalty across web and mobile.
Shape & Monetize: Work with Marketing and Finance to define and optimize monetization and pricing strategy, including pricing & packaging, promotions, discount guardrails, payback windows, and LTV/CAC targets.
Build & Grow: Develop the acquisition and retention engine by designing growth loops, partnerships, referral programs, and a loyalty flywheel. Collaborate on lifecycle/CRM to drive activation, repeat bookings, and reduced churn.
Align & Optimize: Tie product decisions to lifetime value and member economics by defining cohort dashboards, running pricing and packaging experiments, and prioritizing features that improve contribution margin and cash flow.
Collaborate & Inspire: Partner closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations teams to align priorities, execute launches, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Integrate & Scale: Build a connected travel ecosystem by integrating with core systems; such as, PMS/CRS, channel managers, payments, and analytics ensuring reliability and scalability from day one.
Measure & Optimize: Establish clear success metrics, run experiments, and use data-driven insights to continuously refine the member experience and business performance.
Innovate & Evolve: Champion AI-driven, customer-first thinking that creates lasting competitive advantage and compounding value over time.
Requirements
What You Bring
7+ years in Product Management with a track record shipping 0?1 and 1?N consumer products and scaling them; you’ve moved revenue and retention, not just shipped features.
Ownership of business outcomes: demonstrated experience owning both product and P&L results, bridging product strategy with growth, brand, and financial modeling.
Experience partnering with Marketing and Finance to define pricing/packaging, LTV models, payback targets, and to translate financial goals into product roadmaps and experiments.
Direct background in online travel, hospitality, vacation rentals or e-commerce marketplaces (OTA, marketplace, PMS/CRS, ARI, RMS/yield, loyalty).
Proven success setting strategy, writing crisp PRDs, and leading squads that delivered step-function business results.
Strength in marketplace dynamics (supply/demand), pricing & yield, and experimentation.
Fluency in analytics (SQL or similar), funnels, attribution, and A/B testing; comfortable setting up measurement from scratch.
Outstanding product sense and UX instincts; you sweat details and simplify complexity.
Excellent stakeholder and partner management; clear communicator from exec briefings to user stories; calm in the pocket when things get ambiguous.
