PLEASE NO CALLS The mission of our Global Arts Program is to support students to gain a deeper understanding of self, others, and the diverse world around them through the exploration of the arts, language, cultures, and community engagement. The program supports students in developing the global competencies and values of collaboration, community, creative expression, communication, intellectual openness, and empathy. The Global Performing Arts Teacher will be a passionate educator and advocate for the Echo Horizon School community of artists and learners and will be responsible for developing a dynamic, interdisciplinary performing arts class for the elementary students in our PreK-6 school. The teacher should be an innovator and a teacher who leads by example, cultivating a love of multicultural arts, movement, and creative expression in children. The Performing Arts teacher will collaborate closely with the Visual Arts, Music, and Spanish Teachers as a member of the Global Arts team. The Performing Arts Teacher is wholeheartedly committed to building community by cultivating a climate where creativity flourishes and innovation is embraced, engaging the community with the arts, and making the global arts accessible to all.
