What to expect
This role is to support the smooth running of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in transaction processing and providing vital support to our branches.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for reviewing cash transaction data, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and preparing communications to branches and Postmasters. You’ll also collaborate with teams across our Supply Chain to resolve queries and produce reports to help us monitor performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing and reconciling financial transactions in line with company procedures.
- Investigating discrepancies in cash reporting and preparing notifications for branches.
- Handling inbound queries and providing high-quality support to Postmasters.
- Creating and maintaining general ledger entries

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 and demonstrating good all-round IT skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to foster dialogue with other teams within and outside the Supply Chain.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Detail-oriented, able to follow structured processes with accuracy
