What to Expect?
As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will become a vital force in revolutionizing the pool industry across multiple lines of business through our cutting-edge software platforms. You will work directly with owners and operators of retail, service, construction, and other businesses to help tailor software solutions supporting their needs.
On a daily basis our Software Implementation Specialist:
Proactively engages with business owners and operators, passionately communicates the value of our platforms to elevate their pool management processes.
Conducts onboarding calls and meetings, attentively listens to client needs, and delivers compelling web-based demonstrations showcasing the prowess of our software.
Adheres to dynamic activity metrics, incorporating calls, emails, and on-site visits to pool facilities.
Coordinate with software support ensure customer retention on software programs.
Develop and provide training on both software and best use business practices.
This role also will require occasional light travel.
Other job-related duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Comfortable with both in person and virtual customer interactions.
Strong customer service orientation with relationship-building expertise.
Clear communication of technical information.
Computer skills including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
