SENIOR CUSTOMER OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR 

Must be in Southern NV and have reasonable commute to Las Vegas, NV due to in-office requirements. 

SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm and every third Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm PST

COMPENSATION: Starting Pay $27.00 $31.00 per hour. (The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.)

PCI is seeking a Senior Customer Operations Supervisor who will oversee customer service and collections employees while ensuring superior customer service. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Supervises, coaches, and mentors employees in the assigned area(s), providing guidance and support in their day-to-day operations.
  • Analyzes customer financial situations and proposes settlement options when necessary.
  • Monitors and analyzes data pertaining to the overall employee performance, offering constructive feedback to direct reports, and ensuring leadership is regularly briefed on employee performance.
  • Reports to leadership regularly on department activities and immediately on significant matters.
  • Writes and delivers performance evaluations, provides ongoing feedback regularly, and participates in other employee relation activities, such as the disciplinary process, as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • High School diploma, GED, or a minimum of 4 years equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a supervisory role, leading other employees.
  • Previous customer service and collections experience and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers with empathy and professionalism.

Nice to have but not Required! (We’ll train you!):

  • Previous experience in a call center environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and financial principles and practices.

LOCATION & WORK SETTING

  • Office Address: 9911 Covington Cross Dr., Las Vegas, NV 89144
  • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm and every third Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm PST
  • Work Setting: In-Office
