Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic DOC Specialist to join our Commercial Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless progression of complex sales opportunities to revenue by providing critical documentation, data analysis, and compliance support to Iron Mountain’s internal commercial customers. This role is pivotal in converting complex data into actionable recommendations and contributing to continuous process improvement.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and manage complex pricing models, quotes, and contract packages, ensuring all opportunity documents are complete, accurate, and submitted for execution via the E-Signature platform.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Commercial, and country teams globally to ensure compliance with internal policies, managing opportunity progression, and providing regular updates on open deals and price performance.

  • Ensure compliance by completing complex Due Diligence, Quality Assurance, Information Security Questionnaires, and other Requests for Information documents, acting as a trusted global partner in the opportunity-to-revenue process.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in a sales support function or global deal operations role.

  • Strong knowledge of analyzing customer and sales data, translating raw data into actionable insights, and proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel.

  • Proven ability in exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and managing multiple concurrent Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with a high degree of responsiveness and urgency.

  • A University Degree (business, economics) in a related field is preferred, along with mandatory fluency in both written and oral English communication.
