Position: Radio Network Optimization Intern

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Currently a candidate for related field with an accredited school in the United States.

Responsibilities

 How the Candidate Will Contribute:

  • Assist in analyzing network performance data to identify optimization opportunities.    
  • Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving network issues to improve quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineers to develop and implement optimization strategies for 4G/5G networks.
  • Conduct drive tests and analyze results to evaluate network performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.

What the Candidate Will Learn:

  • Gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and technologies for network optimization.
  • Develop a deeper understanding of radio network architecture, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Learn best practices for troubleshooting and optimizing 4G/5G networks.
  • Enhance technical and analytical skills through real-world problem-solving.
  • Build teamwork and communication skills by collaborating with experienced professionals.

Qualifications

You have:

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize radio network performance.
  • Basic understanding of 4G/5G network architecture, KPIs, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience with drive testing and post-processing of network data.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for data analysis and automation.
  • Knowledge of RF planning and optimization principles.
  • A passion for learning and applying new technologies in telecommunications.
