EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Currently a candidate for related field with an accredited school in the United States.
Responsibilities
How the Candidate Will Contribute:
- Assist in analyzing network performance data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving network issues to improve quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop and implement optimization strategies for 4G/5G networks.
- Conduct drive tests and analyze results to evaluate network performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.
What the Candidate Will Learn:
- Gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and technologies for network optimization.
- Develop a deeper understanding of radio network architecture, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Learn best practices for troubleshooting and optimizing 4G/5G networks.
- Enhance technical and analytical skills through real-world problem-solving.
- Build teamwork and communication skills by collaborating with experienced professionals.
Qualifications
You have:
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize radio network performance.
- Basic understanding of 4G/5G network architecture, KPIs, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience with drive testing and post-processing of network data.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for data analysis and automation.
- Knowledge of RF planning and optimization principles.
- A passion for learning and applying new technologies in telecommunications.
