Arrangement: Full-time, Hybrid  

Role Purpose 

reach52 is seeking a Chief of Staff to support our CEO in driving reach52’s mission to build access to healthcare for 52% of the world, who currently cannot access it.  

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and communication — helping the CEO and Leadership Team translate vision into operational reality across our global markets. The Chief of Staff will support with managing investor and board relations, lead high-impact strategic projects, and ensure the CEO’s other key priorities are delivered on time and to a high standard. 


Core role scope and responsibilities of the role will be:

  • Strategic planning and leadership team priorities 
    • Track and support execution of CEO-level initiatives and ensure follow-through across teams. 
    • Support preparation and delivery of board and investor updates, CEO presentations, and external communications. 
    • Lead time-bound strategic initiatives such as market-entry planning, new product launches, or partnership evaluations. 
    • Step in as interim project owner where the CEO’s priorities require direct execution support. 
  • Organisational effectiveness 
    • Manage cadence of leadership meetings, board sessions, and internal communications — ensuring structured decision-making and clear follow-ups. 
    • Build systems that improve alignment, speed, and accountability across distributed teams. 
    • Partner with HR and leadership on organisational development, culture, and performance. 
  • Investor and partner relations 
    • Coordinate investor relations and due diligence efforts, including creation of performance reports, decks, and financial narratives. 
    • Develop and maintain key communication materials for investors, donors, and other stakeholders. 
    • Support CEO in capital-raising and partnership discussions through analysis, data synthesis, and deal preparation. 


Who you are (probably)

  • 5–8 years’ experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investor relations, or healthcare operations, ideally across India and Africa. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments. 
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and PowerPoint/Excel skills; financial modelling capability preferred. 
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion in managing investor and board interactions. 
  • Hard worker and can push alongside fast-paced startup management with lots of travel, etc. 
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly organised; able to toggle between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. 
  • Passionate about improving healthcare access and building scalable, impact-driven business models
