JES Foundation Repair, A Groundworks Company, is seeking a talented ASVCM to join their team in Manassas, VA!
The Assistant Service Manager will assist the Service Manager in developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handle customer complaints, and assist with managing Service Techs. The Ascending Service Managers should be able to achieve excellent customer service at all times.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and lead effective weekly trainings
Evaluate field performance and deliver feedback in a 1:1 setting
Create and implement effective development and disciplinary plans
Learn all aspects of the Service Managers Day to day responsibilities
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Successfully proven KPIs as a Certified Field Inspector or Service Technician
Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.
Proven experience in Service and/or customer service.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Physical Requirements
Seeing, Talking, Hearing, Standing/Walking, Grasping/Feeling/Fingering, Climbing, Stooping/Kneeling, Visual Acuity to determine neatness and preparing and analyzing data, extensive reading. Must be able to access crawl spaces/basements and confined residential spaces
