The Data Delivery Manager owns the client relationship for Data Delivery and supports multiple accounts or larger more complex accounts across industries. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating data delivery across all Acxiom lines of business and functional teams while ensuring contractual compliance through the utilization of standard tools, processes, and methodologies. You will also be involved in defining requirements for account related projects or processes that may be complex and/or critical to Acxiom. You will ensure the proposed product commitments coincide with Acxiom’s delivery capabilities and have a deep understanding of Acxiom’s processing and product capabilities and utilize that understanding to optimize delivery for clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Collaborate with Acxiom clients and prospects, Sales Executives, and Account teams regarding the ethical use of data elements and packages for individual client use cases. Define data element and package requests within the client contractual terms and drive execution based on client priorities.
- Coordinate and manage file receipt, execution of data appends or file generation and final shipment of reports and data to the client while adhering to project requirements, client timeframes, and quality standards.
- Research and provide status updates regarding system or data issues with a high sense of urgency.
- Lead billing closeout, usage tracking, and account receivable reviews.
- Define and execute contractual and solution changes, requested solution process improvements, and changes for data contracts.
- Actively demonstrate and execute effective, concise communication and active listening skills with Acxiom clients and prospects, Sales Executives, and Account teams. Focuses on the clients’ needs by establishing credibility and building relationships
- Extended workday hours may be required to complete deliverables
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years' experience in an Operations, Data or Delivery role with client-facing responsibilities
- Experience leading multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills
- Validated experience comfortably communicating across all levels of an organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of tools
- Solid analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Displays tenacity for getting things accomplished with the appropriate level of guidance and sense of urgency
- Ability to demonstrate thought leadership in how data should be used
