In this role, you will:
- Own inventory management for all pilot facility raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods: maintain safety stocks, reorder points, lot sizing, and cycle counting cadence, including inventory variance resolution.
- Manage the Huggies® Hospital production schedule. This includes process order management for the diaper work in progress production as well as the manual inspect/pack operation.
- Coordinate finished goods shipment activities from the facility to the Network Distribution Center’s.
- Coordinate raw material inter-mill material transfers to support required facility trial or production activities.
- Partner with the facility, R&D, Quality, and Procurement teams to align on trial priorities, materials readiness, and changeover plans.
- Manage facility cycle counting activities for impacted production & trial materials and reconcile any variances.
- Support/assist site warehouse team with material storage activities and guidance.
- Support process for ordering specific ops supplies, materials & equipment for the facility.
- Assist the facility quality team with identifying vendor material non-conformances and supporting corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls, SOX-relevant processes, and quality/traceability requirements appropriate for Kimberly-Clark pilot operations.

Required:
- Associates degree or equivalent industry experience
- 3+ year in production planning, inventory management, or materials planning in a manufacturing; pilot, R&D, or short-run environments preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent ERP/MRP systems
- Proficient with MS-Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, One Note, etc.)
- Deep understanding of MRP, MPS, BOMs/routings, and inventory control methods (cycle count, safety stock, etc.).
- Proven ability to analyze and anticipate material disruptions and proactively develop countermeasures to mitigate.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in pilot facility operations or high-mix/low-volume manufacturing with frequent changeovers and experimental materials.
- Comfortable in a dynamic operating environment
- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean principles.

Salary Range: 64,100 – 75,700 USDAt Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position is eligible for overtime pay and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
