Bradford & Bigelow, Inc. is seeking Manufacturing Production Workers for immediate openings.  Experience in Production/Warehouse/Manufacturing environments strongly preferred, but absolutely no experience in print necessary; New Hires will be trained completely on the job.  Ample overtime opportunities and career growth await.

Open positions are in the Web Press Department, specifically Press Helpers (Roll tender, Stacker) and Material Handlers to work on a 2-person production manufacturing crew (Timson Web Presses), 3-person crew (Man Roland Web Press), and/or in general support of the Web Press Department’s manufacturing process. Opportunities for overtime with a regular schedule of three 12-hour shifts 6am – 6pm or 6pm - 6am (36 hours/week) on either the Front Half or Back Half of the week.


Press Helper Seeking press helpers for warehouse floor production person Assist press crews in removing products from press, organizing press room. No prior skills necessary will train. Entry level. Opportunity to work starts at the ground level in the print manufacturing industry. 


The Press Helper is responsible for good housekeeping, organizational skills, and assisting press crews in day-to-day operations. 

Press Room Material Handler


The Press Room Material Handler assists press operations by supplying machines with the appropriate raw materials to ensure smooth and efficient production.  This includes but is not limited to hanging paper stock rolls, changing stock roles, bending and plates.

Requirements

  

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to proper use of PPEs, safe ergonomic practices, and proper and safe handling of chemicals.

• Maintain working knowledge, awareness, and compliance with ISO Procedures.

• May require additional availability to work weekend work may be required based on press schedule.

Other duties assigned, including working where directed.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to operate jacks, fork truck/clamp truck safely

•  Ability to remain physically and mentally alert during second shift hours (6pm – 6am) where applicable 

• Ability to tolerate being exposed to loud noises and moving machinery (PPE provided)

• Manual dexterity

• Capable of repeated standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Fluent in English; written and oral

• Basic math skills
