Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving impactful technology change? We're looking for a Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of programmes and projects across our organisation—from large-scale transformation to agile initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology change
Drive Agile and Waterfall projects with clarity, structure, and purpose
Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to align delivery with strategic goals
Champion best practice and continuous improvement across delivery communities
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in programme and project management across delivery methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Experience in portfolio planning, resource management, and governance
Desirable
Experience in regulated industries (e.g. legal, finance)
Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, SharePoint
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ScrumMaster
