Delivery Manager na Freshfields

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving impactful technology change? We're looking for a Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of programmes and projects across our organisation—from large-scale transformation to agile initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology change

• Drive Agile and Waterfall projects with clarity, structure, and purpose

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to align delivery with strategic goals

• Champion best practice and continuous improvement across delivery communities

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in programme and project management across delivery methodologies

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence outcomes in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in portfolio planning, resource management, and governance

Desirable

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g. legal, finance)

• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, SharePoint

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ScrumMaster
