The Market Operations Coordinator owns the complete customer purchase order execution, including the collection and preparation of relevant information needed for customer purchase order execution for all business groups from order entry to invoicing. This person coordinates and monitors the end-to-end order execution (including imports and exports), constraint solving and escalations.
Position: Entry level
Start Date (tentative): December 2025
Location: Hybrid in Bristol or Reading, UK
Responsibilities
- Supports coordination of customer order intake
- Supports coordination of customer invoices
- Manages ordering of products (HW, SW, Services)
- Triggers task creation for transactions (purchase orders, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, order management operations and monitoring timely completion)
- Supports coordination of the procurement execution: captures the demand, purchase, goods receipt and verifies invoices
- Supports coordination of the distribution execution: plans transportation, verifies freight cost and invoice, coordinates transport
- May provide informal guidance and support to colleagues
Qualifications
You have:
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to remain calm and deal effectively with situations beyond your control
- Ability to prioritize and balance conflicting demands
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail
It would be nice if you also had:
- Excel at minimum intermediate level
- Have an interest in technology
- Have an interest in international trade/logistics & transport
- Experience/knowledge of inventory control/warehouse operations
