- Building relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on trust and long-term success.
- Managing a pipeline of leads and nurturing prospects through to appointment.
- Achieving and exceeding daily and monthly appointment targets.
- Working closely with the Head of Business Development and wider team to deliver measurable growth.
- Using our CRM to log activity, forecast results, and track progress.
- Supporting marketing and campaign activities designed to generate new business opportunities.

- Have a passion for sales and want to develop your career in B2B.
- Bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to every conversation.
- Have experience in telesales, inside sales, or outbound calling (B2B preferred).
- Be motivated by hitting targets and achieving personal and team success.
- Be proactive, organised, and confident managing a sales pipeline.
- Love collaborating with others and contributing to a fun, high-performing culture.
- (Bonus) Have experience in the accountancy, financial, or professional services sector - though it’s not essential.
