Senior Employee Compliance Administrator
Worcester based with a balance of home and office working
£27,521 - £28,970 per year

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Employee Compliance Administrator to join our team.
This role plays a key part in ensuring that all new and existing employees across the Group meet both internal standards and external legislative requirements related to employment checks. These include right to work verification, employment visas, NMC, SSSC and DBS checks, as well as broader HR compliance processes such as sponsorship requests and monitoring of sponsored employees.
The role of Senior Employee Compliance Administrator will include:
- Managing sponsorship applications for overseas employees via the Home Office and ensure timely reporting of updates.
- Generating and analysing reports from various systems to identify current or potential compliance issues, escalating concerns as needed.
- Monitoring employees whose compliance is time-limited, communicating timeframes with the business and ensure necessary checks and documentation are updated.
- Providing clear, accurate advice on employment compliance to a wide range of stakeholders including candidates, senior managers, People Business Partners, the Central Talent Team, and hiring managers.
- Reviewing and improving processes to ensure maximum efficiency
- Reporting and escalating any potential non-compliance issues or queries to the relevant parties
Skills and experiences:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative involving reporting and data analysis is essential
- Good Excel skills with the ability to analyse. manipulate and interpret data effectively
- Highly organised and methodical, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team
- Outstanding attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a confident & approachable manner
- Knowledge of Home Office right to work processes is advantageous
