 Tasks

• Planning individual news content for distribution on our on-device communication channel in collaboration with internal stakeholders and global counterparts
• Preparing the communications roadmap for the channel
• Coordinating the creation of text, graphic, and video assets with editors, translators, and designers
• Operating the channel’s content management system (CMS)
• Reviewing promotional assets and materials to ensure consistent and accurate representation of Nintendo Switch Online

 Requirements

• Higher education degree or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery
• Analytical mindset with the ability to distill key insights from complex information
• Proactive work attitude and composed under pressure
• Efficient computer user, able to adapt to new apps and processes
• We frequently use MS Office, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Figma, basic html/markdown
• Japanese language skills at business level are a strong plus
