We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Product Manager - Harco. This role reports to the Director, Product Management.

Job Purpose:

Located at our Oakville office, this role offers the opportunity to lead product strategy and innovation across our HARCO Market Segment. As part of the Product Management team, you’ll report to the Director of Product Management and collaborate cross-functionally to shape solutions that drive customer value and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be empowered to make a meaningful impact through the following responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on the features, functions, and benefits of our HARCO product line

  • Champion new product initiatives, selecting and executing projects using the AIM process

  • Develop and maintain strategic Product Road Maps for the HARCO Market Segment

  • Co-create a Category Strategy for the Electrical Segment in partnership with Sales and Marketing

  • Lead early-stage product development (Gates 1 and 2: Scoping and Opportunity Assessment) with support from Segment Marketing

  • Support successful product launches in collaboration with Channel Marketing, and guide post-launch performance to meet forecast objectives

  • Manage product lifecycles, working closely with teams across Sales, Innovation, R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing, Legal, Engineering, and Supply Chain to address product-related needs

  • Identify and remove barriers to growth, offering insights and solutions to advance our Electrical product systems

  • Contribute to our market leadership, helping strengthen the positions of IPEX and Kraloy through customer-centric innovation

Qualifications & Experience

We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who bring curiosity, collaboration, and a drive to make a difference.

  • Post-secondary education: College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Product Management

  • Strong understanding of electrical construction markets and familiarity with IPEX/Kraloy products is an asset

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to varied audiences

  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to travel occasionally across North America
