Job Purpose:
Located at our Oakville office, this role offers the opportunity to lead product strategy and innovation across our HARCO Market Segment. As part of the Product Management team, you’ll report to the Director of Product Management and collaborate cross-functionally to shape solutions that drive customer value and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be empowered to make a meaningful impact through the following responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance on the features, functions, and benefits of our HARCO product line
Champion new product initiatives, selecting and executing projects using the AIM process
Develop and maintain strategic Product Road Maps for the HARCO Market Segment
Co-create a Category Strategy for the Electrical Segment in partnership with Sales and Marketing
Lead early-stage product development (Gates 1 and 2: Scoping and Opportunity Assessment) with support from Segment Marketing
Support successful product launches in collaboration with Channel Marketing, and guide post-launch performance to meet forecast objectives
Manage product lifecycles, working closely with teams across Sales, Innovation, R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing, Legal, Engineering, and Supply Chain to address product-related needs
Identify and remove barriers to growth, offering insights and solutions to advance our Electrical product systems
Contribute to our market leadership, helping strengthen the positions of IPEX and Kraloy through customer-centric innovation
Qualifications & Experience

Post-secondary education: College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Product Management
Strong understanding of electrical construction markets and familiarity with IPEX/Kraloy products is an asset
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to varied audiences
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel occasionally across North America
