Job Purpose
The Senior Salesforce Architect will lead the architectural design, integration strategy, and implementation for a multi-org Salesforce environment. This role ensures smooth integration between Salesforce instances, supports post-transaction system alignment, and provides coverage during the current architect’s maternity leave. The architect will guide system strategy, maintain platform integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce architectural design and strategy across multiple Salesforce orgs.
- Manage end-to-end integrations between Salesforce instances and enterprise systems.
- Support post-transaction alignment and system consolidation efforts.
- Serve as the primary technical resource during the current architect’s temporary leave.
- Provide guidance and best practices for Salesforce platform adoption and configuration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Maintain system documentation and integration blueprints to ensure platform consistency.
Required Skills & Experience
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and Pardot.
- Proven experience designing and managing complex multi-org Salesforce integrations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture and integration patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience providing technical leadership and guidance in cross-functional environments.
