Essential Duties and Responsibilities include (not in any priority):
- May be responsible for assembling components and/or boxes that will be utilized for packaging finished goods, as well as packing finished goods.
- May be responsible for palletizing packaged goods or components.
- May be responsible for operating a filling machine to fill components with manufactured products.
- May be responsible for Scanning packaged goods, items, or materials used in production.
- Responsible for following established safety rules, policies, and regulations.
- Responsible for following and adhering to goals set by management.
- Responsible for housekeeping of the department, as assigned by management.
- Other duties may apply as required.
- Pay rate is $16.50 per hour
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- At least one year of experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Read, write, and speak English; receive and provide clear instructions.
Qualification:
- Must be team-oriented.
- Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift a maximum of up to 30 lbs.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Work in a production area with fast-moving equipment, moderate to high noise levels, and temperature changes.
- Perform repetitive lifting, bending, grasping, reaching, pulling, climbing, and work at the computer as needed.
