Job Description:

Performs a variety of responsibilities related to financial systems that support the financial activities of the system, managing large projects identified by finance management and identification and implementation of recommended process improvements. Responsibilities include: developing and maintaining various software programs and interfaces and serving as department expert on assigned financial information systems used in the organization; leading or assisting with the implementation and maintenance of financial information systems; and providing services relating to financial reporting and budgeting. Provide support to leaders at all levels of the organization. Analysts are expected to provide input and guidance to other members of the Finance team, proactively identify opportunities and work on projects with moderate to high complexity, risk and scope. In this role, analysts will be asked to lead projects, identify opportunities and develop recommendations for improvements.

Education Qualifications:

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in financial analysis

• Minimum of 5 years experience in financial analysis required for Senior level

Preferred Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will also have experience or familiarity with healthcare finance decision support systems, Epic's EMR, and analytics tools such as:

• StrataJazz Decision Support (and/or EPSi)

• Epic Cogito, Epic Caboodle, and Epic Clarity

• SQL

• Tableau

• SAP BusinessObjects

• Microsoft Power BI

• or other comparable analytics and reporting tools
