We are looking for a National Sales Representative who will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with multi-site clients across the United States in the paving, concrete, snow management, and exterior maintenance sectors. This individual will focus on generating new business opportunities, building long-term partnerships with property and facility managers, and ensuring consistent revenue growth through professional sales strategies and solution-based selling.

What you’ll do:
- Prospect and secure new national and regional accounts in target industries such as retail, commercial real estate, logistics, and healthcare.
- Present comprehensive exterior maintenance programs including asphalt paving, concrete repair, sealcoating, line striping, snow and ice management, and exterior facility services.
- Develop customized proposals, RFP responses, and service plans that align with client budgets and performance standards.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements that meet profitability goals.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing key clients through regular site visits, performance reviews, and business updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and service needs, collaborating with regional operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor account performance metrics, renewal timelines, and client satisfaction.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Achieve or exceed annual sales goals and KPIs for revenue, margin, and client growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, sales pipeline tracking, and forecasting reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop sales tools, case studies, and promotional campaigns.
- Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
You'll be a great fit:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in paving, concrete, snow management, or exterior facility maintenance services.
- Proven track record of developing and managing national or multi-site accounts.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating, service delivery, and facility operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% nationally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
