What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and maintain data center systems, including network, storage, and disaster recovery resources.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily file transmissions and scheduled jobs.
  • Provide first-level technical support, resolving issues or escalating to the appropriate team.
  • Respond to system alerts and troubleshoot hardware/software issues using standard procedures.
  • Manage printing and distribution of reports, notices, and statements with a focus on quality control.
  • Collaborate on process improvements and participate in special projects like disaster recovery testing.
  • Maintain accurate records and clear communication with supervisors and team members.

What You Bring

  • Basic knowledge of help desk operations or IT systems.
  • Strong communication skills—able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
