What You’ll Do
- Monitor and maintain data center systems, including network, storage, and disaster recovery resources.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily file transmissions and scheduled jobs.
- Provide first-level technical support, resolving issues or escalating to the appropriate team.
- Respond to system alerts and troubleshoot hardware/software issues using standard procedures.
- Manage printing and distribution of reports, notices, and statements with a focus on quality control.
- Collaborate on process improvements and participate in special projects like disaster recovery testing.
- Maintain accurate records and clear communication with supervisors and team members.
What You Bring
- Basic knowledge of help desk operations or IT systems.
- Strong communication skills—able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- A detail-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
