What You’ll Do

As the Inside Sales Representative, you’ll guide customers to the best solutions for their lawn, tree and pest care needs while delivering outstanding service:

  • Assist customers with tailored solutions using solution-based selling techniques for inbound and outbound calls, texts and emails.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and resolve questions, issues and concerns promptly.
  • Understand and follow sales processes to ensure a complete and consistent customer experience.
  • Build long-term customer relationships as a trusted advisor to increase retention and additional sales opportunities.
  • Achieve sales goals through effective communication, product knowledge, and first-call resolution.
  • Develop leads and referrals from coworkers and existing customer.
  • Prepare and send estimates, emails, and text communications to potential customers.
  • Accurately document calls, texts, and discovery notes in the CRM.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Ziehler Lawn Care programs and services.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer experience, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in fast-paced customer service with proven track record to sell solutions, meet goals and solve problems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Driven to sell solutions, meet goals, and solve problems
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to multi-task across phone calls, software systems, and dual monitors
  • Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check
