As a Community Development Data Analyst, you’ll ensure Capitol Federal’s lending data meets HMDA and CRA regulations—helping us strengthen transparency, compliance, and community investment.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure accuracy of HMDA/CRA data and reports

• Analyze loan trends to support smarter lending decisions

• Maintain and validate community development records

• Help management evaluate portfolio performance and risk

• Participate in community programs and CRA initiatives

What You Bring

• Familiarity with the mortgage industry and loan processes, including the ability to understand financial statement and credit data

• Experience with data analysis or compliance (banking a plus)

• Strong Excel skills and sharp attention to detail

• Passion for community impact and data integrity
