As a Community Development Data Analyst, you’ll ensure Capitol Federal’s lending data meets HMDA and CRA regulations—helping us strengthen transparency, compliance, and community investment.
What You’ll Do
Ensure accuracy of HMDA/CRA data and reports
Analyze loan trends to support smarter lending decisions
Maintain and validate community development records
Help management evaluate portfolio performance and risk
Participate in community programs and CRA initiatives
What You Bring
Familiarity with the mortgage industry and loan processes, including the ability to understand financial statement and credit data
Experience with data analysis or compliance (banking a plus)
Strong Excel skills and sharp attention to detail
Passion for community impact and data integrity
